Michael has been out taking photographs at the arboretums – look what happens in a week.
November 14th – Evenley Wood Arboretum. Evenleys Stand of beech trees in autumn splendour and with the strange climate a Parrotia Persica (persian ironwood) was in flower this normally flowers in February!!
November 19th – Tomkins Arboretum8th Birthday, Winslow. This wintry scene this morning with the autumn colour of the Taxodium Distitchum ( swamp cypress) dominating.
