of the Buckinghamshire Gardens Trust to be held on Saturday 12th July 2025 at 2 pm

- Reappointment of Trustees:
Present Trustees: Jane Bailey (Charity Governance) (2023), Claire de Carle (2024), Gwen Miles (2022), Joanne Mirzoeff (Planning) (2024),
Christina Thompson (2024) Mick Thompson (2023). The Charities Commission requires that one third stand down, by rotation).
Gwen Miles & Michael Thompson to stand down & have offered to be reappointed.
- Election of Officers, and Council Members 2025-26:
Officers: Chair: Claire de Carle, standing for re-election.
Vice Chair: Mick Thompson, standing for re-election.
Honorary Secretary: vacancy.
Honorary Treasurer: Company Secretary & Director – Christina Thompson.
Council Members The following Council Members have agreed to stand for re-election:
Sarah Gray (Membership*), Michael Hunt (Dendrologist), Geoff Huntingford (Research & Recording),
Louise Keil (Gardeners’ Network), Darcie Kerr (Media), Deborah Kidd (Media), Gwen Miles (Website).
The following Council Members have stood down from Council: Dr Sarah Rutherford, Rosemary Jury &
Kathy Jackson. *Sarah Gray has asked to stand down as Membership Secretary, but will stay in post until hand over.

Members will be checked in by the Membership Secretary, Sarah Gray.
Guests of members are welcome but may not take part in the AGM.
The Jordans Quaker Centre (1688 Room) will be open to members and their guest from 1.00pm.
Refreshments will be available on arrival and throughout the afternoon. Nina Lienberg will give a short talk and film presentation about the centre before the start of the AGM. The AGM will be held in the 1688 Room. After the AGM (approximately 30 minutes) Nigel Rothwell will lead a walk round Jordans Village.
