Main points of policy:
· Members can book a ticket for themselves & up to 2 tickets for non-members/guests
· Price of tickets: we operate a price differentiation with guests paying 25% more
· Cancellations – full refund if BGT cancel
· Cancellation of a booking can be requested up to 7 days prior the event. A refund less the booking fee 6.5% plus VAT will be made to original form of payment.
· Cancellations of less than a week will be noted but refunds at discretion of the Event Organiser
· No refunds will be given on day of the event or retrospectively.

The visit includes a welcome and tour by David Heath.
A late C18 country villa pleasure ground and possibly drives by Richard Woods, typical of his style, which survives largely intact, with late C18/early C19 additions for the Hoares of Stourhead, and extensive later C19 park additions that complemented Woods’ work. It has been little altered since the 1880s although localised modern development has damaged parts of the site.
Parking: very limited, car share suggested where possible. in walled garden through main gate & sign posted
No public toilets available but there is a Gardener’s Toilet. No dogs.
Access: the walk will take you through the main gardens and lawns via gravel & grass paths.
