Main points of policy:
· Members can book a ticket for themselves & up to 2 tickets for non-members/guests
· Price of tickets: we operate a price differentiation with guests paying 25% more
· Cancellations – full refund if BGT cancel
· Cancellation of a booking can be requested up to 7 days prior the event. A refund less the booking fee 6.5% plus VAT will be made to original form of payment.
· Cancellations of less than a week will be noted but refunds at discretion of the Event Organiser
· No refunds will be given on day of the event or retrospectively.

Kathy Jackson (BGT Secretary) will be organising the Christmas lunch. Her email contact details are on the Ticketsource information and members are asked to contact Kathy once they have booked their lunch with their choice from the menu below for each course, whether for two or three courses.
Please note change of menu. 2023 menu previously published. For those members who have already booked Rosemary Jury will be contacting to ask for updates for choice. Many apologies.
