Main points of policy:
· Members can book a ticket for themselves & up to 2 tickets for non-members/guests
· Price of tickets: we operate a price differentiation with guests paying 25% more
· Cancellations – full refund if BGT cancel
· Cancellation of a booking can be requested up to 7 days prior the event. A refund less the booking fee 6.5% plus VAT will be made to original form of payment.
· Cancellations of less than a week will be noted but refunds at discretion of the Event Organiser
· No refunds will be given on day of the event or retrospectively.

Open 1.00 and bring a picnic to eat your lunch o the terrace/lawn. Following the AGM at 2.00 – 2.30pm there will be a guided tour of the Grade I historic landscape surrounding the early C18 country house led by Michael Harrison, Estate Manager. Tea will follow.
The original layout was probably by George London and Henry Wise, then developed into an extensive mid-C18 park for George Grenville by Lancelot Brown; William Pitt, later first Earl of Chatham, is credited with significant input with regard to the design. The house and estate are regarded as one of the finest remaining examples of historic landscape.

Access: the walk will take you through the main gardens and parkland. Some undulating ground.
