Main points of policy:
· Members can book a ticket for themselves & up to 2 tickets for non-members/guests
· Price of tickets: we operate a price differentiation with guests paying 25% more
· Cancellations – full refund if BGT cancel
· Cancellation of a booking can be requested up to 7 days prior the event. A refund less the booking fee 6.5% plus VAT will be made to original form of payment.
· Cancellations of less than a week will be noted but refunds at discretion of the Event Organiser
· No refunds will be given on day of the event or retrospectively.

Buckinghamshire Gardens Trust is organising a guided Autumn Walk of Stowe with experts from our Trust.The Trust is oganising a guided Autumn Walk of Stowe led by a NT Garden Guide, which will include a chance to view the display of Silhouettes commemorating the 80th Anniversary of D-Day.
From the New Inn we will walk down the Bell Gate drive and enter the park where we will visit the Chinese House and Lamport Gardens before heading to the Palladian Bridge, Octagon Lake and to take in the view of the Gothic Temple. We will then make our way to the Grecian Valley via the Temple of Worthies, River Styx and the Grotto. The amazing installation of over 1,400 soldiers silhouettes will then appear in the Grecian Valley, a sight not to be missed. For more details go to:

We plan to meet in the Bennett Room at The New Inn at 10. 30 for refreshments of tea, coffee and biscuits on arrrival. The walk last approximately one and a half hours. We will then return to the New Inn where members can purchase lunch or eat their own picnics in the Bennett Room if the weather is inclement!
If you are a National Trust Member the cost is £10 for the event; booking through Ticketsource. Please bring your current NT card with you to check in.
If you are not a member of the National Trust then payment on the day is an extra £15 payable at the venue.
