Main points of policy:
· Members can book a ticket for themselves & up to 2 tickets for non-members/guests
· Price of tickets: we operate a price differentiation with guests paying 25% more
· Cancellations – full refund if BGT cancel
· Cancellation of a booking can be requested up to 7 days prior the event. A refund less the booking fee 6.5% plus VAT will be made to original form of payment.
· Cancellations of less than a week will be noted but refunds at discretion of the Event Organiser
· No refunds will be given on day of the event or retrospectively.

The visit includes a welcome talk bySarah Taylor, the owner, with coffee and biscuits followed by a tour of the Chapel, Ice House and gardens.
The C15 Chapel, which predates the original Tudor house, allows an encounter with the history of England and its standing tradition of worship.
The Capability Brown park was the subject of major renovation in 2001, with advice from Elizabeth Banks who also created the formal gardens immediately around the house. They evoke the lost C16 and C17 aspects of the garden pre Capability Brown.
The walled garden was also restored and the main lawns and lake were transformed. The East Terrace is now formally laid out and nearby are a sunken garden, shady border, herb garden and knot garden. There is also an apple orchard and many interesting sculptures.
