See Alice’s Wonderlands and Coach House exhibition at Waddesdon this summer.
If you have a morning or afternoon to spare do visit the Waddesdon stables, the coach will take you from the parking area via the house or you can walk, about 15 minutes but uphill!
At the stables, there is an exhibition in the magnificent Coach House of the life and work of Alice Rothschild. Dr Sophie Pienbenga gave the Trust a fascinating talk on Forgotten Women Gardeners – Alice de Rothschild.
You can enjoy delicious refreshments in the courtyard, admire the wonderful giant pots of summer planting, and take the grandchildren or your own children to an amazing woodland playground.
If you are a National Trust member there is only the cost of the coach
