With the current COVID restrictions the Bucks GT is organising a programme of online Zoom talks for members for Spring 2021. A programme of visits is being planned for the Summer 2021 but will be dependent on government guidance. This talk follows the Bucks Gardens Trust’s successful application to Historic England as part of the ‘Compiling the Record’ project and the recognition of Campbell Park, Milton Keynes as Grade II on the Register of Parks and Gardens. It will look at the designed landscape of the park and other green spaces across the town, including Central MK, Willen Lakes, Ouzel Valley and Caldecotte Lake.
We will also look at how the town and the Parks Trust have coped with the challenges of the pandemic and how they continue to renovate and maintain the wonderful parks and open spaces for all to enjoy now and in the future.
